Great team, they listen to their customer very carefully. I requuired different ear plugs but its okay. I hope it had bluetooth so that we could control the volume and frequency response easily. I guess its over-priced. (Posted on 5/25/2018)

I haven’t really posted reviews before but I know how much we depend on them and felt I should share my thoughts. Basically, if you interested in this product, please do yourself a favour and buy it. It lived up to all of its claims. It definitely enhanced sounds and my hearing.

Let me tell about my experience with their customer service department. After using the amplifier for around a month, the volume switch fell off. It may have had something to do with having thick and unruly hair. I reached out to the company and was told there was a two day waiting period for a response. It did not take that long. I had a response the very next morning. I received a proper prepaid postage label with explicit return instructions. My replacement arrived in three days. Needless to say, their customer support is on point.

I have had trouble listening to people for years. I work in a place where I have to listen to what people say. Everywhere I went was plenty of quiet conversations. I assumed I'd have to pay the big bucks and endure the long process of getting a proper hearing aid. Instead, I read the reviews on here and decided to try it out. With a 45 day trial period, I didn’t really have anything to lose. I haven't looked back since. It is an amazing product, with amazing service. I definitely will recommend it. (Posted on 5/21/2018)

These aids has actually helped me a lot in my lifestyle. Having hearing loss from a long time has embarrassed me a lot in many situations. I can hear the birds chirpping, my dogs bark and many more sweet sounds. Impressed and purchased the second one too for my riht ear. (Posted on 5/15/2018)

Don't have money to purchase expensive hearing aids? No problem, these earcentric hearing aids are as good as expensive hearing aids. It works great and serves all my purpose. Try these aids until you get more money to waste. My hearing is very severe since twenty years. I wish I would have purchased these twenty years back. My social circle would have bigger if I could have listened properly. I feel so isolated when I couldn't talk to people around me just because i could hear them and I couldn't ask them to repeat again and again. These small hearing aids is doing great for me and working as promised. My husband sleeps little early than me. I usually sleep after listening 10 pm news. I am 68 years old so my hearing is not that good as it was. Whenever, I turn up the TV volume to listen the news; he always complained. After purchasing these hearing aids I am so happy that I can hear clearly at normal volume. I have purchased one for my left ear only and am so happy with this purchase. I have used them for a month only so can't tell much about its durability. But I can say its worth buying and works great for my ears. It is very easy to set up as they provide an instruction manual too. The TV volume is up to the mark and clear and my husband couldn't hear it - finally I did it. I have used this Earcentric Harmony device just for 3 days but I am already liking it. You know what is the best thing about them it seems like there is nothing in my ear. I can't feel them at all. I can hear so better now. I can adjust them very easily. (Posted on 4/25/2018)

The best thing about these hearing aids is its size, no one notices them when I wear. These earcentric aids works almost in every situation but sometimes I have to switch them off. I place them over my first hearing aids which was worth $1000. These are very small in size. People who know I wear hearing aids even they can't notice my aids. These aids comes with four hearing programs. I usually have to turn off the subtitles on my TV as I read them instead of listening to the actors conversation. My hearing has improved a lot. After years of social isolation due to hearing loss, Harmony fixed my problem. They easily fixed the -53db hearing loss in no time. Since I did not have any insurance, spending 4000 on a hearing aid was out of my reach and thus I really consider this Harmony as godsend. It always amazes me that I spend thousands of dollars on things that didn’t work. Not a single one of the three high end hearing aids I bought before Harmony worked for me. I so annoying. Had I know that something cheap as this would solve my problem, I would have a considerate amount sleeping in my bank account. I can’t imagine that this aids makes me hear sounds such as chime bang, wind chime, the high note of our microwave. I’m vexed and happy at the same time. (Posted on 4/11/2018)

I have Usher Syndrome, so I’ve had trouble hearing and seeing since birth, and hearing aids are pretty much a necessity for me. I got these as a replacement for my old ones and man oh man is it nice to not be in loads of debt just to be able to hear. My previous pair were about $4600 and these are a fraction of that price. I’ve even recommended these to my sister, who likes them as well and am planning on telling all my friends about them when the time comes.

Been using these since December and I’m overall very pleased with the result. The volume adjustment is probably my favorite feature as it’s easy to use. Also, compared to my old aids which died after three sometimes even TWO days, the batteries in these have lasted me a week, sometimes longer. For the money, these are a good buy and I highly recommend them.

My MD sent me for a hearing check-up and found out I was experience severe hearing loss. Since my insurance is trash and would not cover a single thing, I pushed it off for a while (seriously, who has $4000 to shell out on a hearing aid???). Not to mention, I am retired and the whole affair just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. A friend of mine sent me a link for this product and said some of his family members used this hearing aids and were happy with them, so I gave them a try. Faith in humanity restored. They are AWESOME. I couldn’t believe how cheap they are and how high the quality of them is. Seriously, anyone looking for a high-quality pair of hearing aids will not be disappointed with these. I was reluctant at first to try the Harmony hearing aid , but decided the price was just affordable to waste if the product was inferior;so I ordered 1 hearing aid . The aid arrived very quickly and I was bowled over by how easy it was to get used to . So I ordered the other ear and I'm very happy with the result .

It will be unfair if I don’t write a review for my hearing aids (though I seldom write reviews)
I suffered severe hearing loss when I was still young at the military. My audiologist suggested I start reading lips since I could afford to pay $3000 per ear for hearing aids. Truthfully, I resorted to reading lips and life was miserable. What’s the essence of having friends when we can’t communicate. So, I withdrew myself from them when I was getting pissed with my constant saying of “huh?”

I have had many various sorts of aids over the last thirty years. In-the-ear aids and behind the ear aids – both analogue and digital. With no insurance cover, I have seen the value of brand new aids spike over the years, though most don’t really worth it. My work requires aids to perfectly do the job. I actually listen. My heart will skip every time I knew my aids won’t last for much longer. The price out there's insane and I’m stunned this is often allowed to continue. Presently, I’m at a stage where I need to start planning for my retirement. The least thing i want to try is take a loan for of $6,000 for brand new aids. After reading all the positive reviews I can, I ended up with SMART hearing aids.
However, before then, I had persuaded my husband to get an EarCentric SMART for his mild hearing loss, and it worked great for him. I didn’t pick the SMART because I wasn’t sure if it will solve my frequency of loss. When I discussed with Laurence, the customer service rep of MediNinja, she recommended COMFORT. Still, I wasn’t convinced to buy it because I feared that one day, it will stop working.
When I finally did, it worked perfectly. The sounds I hear was more balanced, with no whistling. To cap it all, this hearing aids is the best

Customer service helped me replace my hearing aids when I had some slight problem with it. They returned it to me very fast too. My hearing aids now works perfectly. Thank you!
